  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to Cuscal’s “Sign up to myCDRdata Pro and get 1 extra month free” promotion, offered by Cuscal Limited (ABN 95 087 822 455).
  2. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
  3. The offer is open from 13 March 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney time) on 30 April 2025. To be eligible for the offer, new clients must enter into a myCDR software licence agreement with Cuscal for an initial service period of at least six (6) months before the offer ends. Any myCDR software licence agreements entered into after the offer ends may not be eligible for the offer.
