What’s involved?

Our Technology Graduate Program is a two year, fixed term contract, with four and six month rotations across key areas of our Enterprise Technology Services division.

You’ll build on what you’ve learned at uni, while gaining hands on experience across different technology environments. This helps you discover where your strengths lie and where you want to grow next.

Technology makes up around one third of our organisation, so from day one you’ll work alongside experienced and supportive industry experts who will coach, mentor and challenge you along the way. This is real work with real responsibility, backed by the support to help you succeed.

You’ll have the opportunity to rotate through the following streams*:

• Data, Infrastructure and Cloud
• IT Security
• Engineering
• Service Delivery
• Strategy and Governance
• IT Risk
• Product Domains; including Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Data Science

What can you bring?

We’re looking for graduates who are excited by technology and motivated to keep learning.

You’ll bring:

• A strong academic background in an IT related discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or similar.
• A genuine curiosity about technology and how it can solve real problems.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across different teams.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An open mind, initiative and a willingness to give and receive feedback.

Who can apply?

You’re eligible to apply if you are:

• An Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, or on a 485 Temporary Graduate visa with full working rights.
• A graduate who has completed an IT related undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past two years.
