Meet Evan Craig

Evan was appointed Chief Information Officer in March 2022 and leads Cuscal’s technology and practice delivery functions. Since joining Cuscal in July 2017, he has held a range of senior leadership roles across enterprise technology services, including Interim Chief Information Officer, Head of Strategy and Governance and Head of Service Delivery.

Evan has more than 25 years’ experience in IT services delivery, with leadership experience across financial institutions and service provider organisations, delivering technology services in complex, mission-critical environments. He has extensive experience leading operational and cyber resilience outcomes through strategic uplift programs, with a focus on strengthening technology foundations, service reliability, risk management, service continuity and enterprise readiness in complex regulated environments.

Evan has continued to invest in executive and leadership development through programs with London Business School, INSEAD and MIT, supporting a contemporary perspective on technology leadership, transformation and organisational performance.

Prior to joining Cuscal, Evan was the National Technology Services Manager at Fuji Film and held senior leadership roles at Suncorp and Promina, building broad experience across enterprise operations, technology services and large-scale service delivery.
