Meet Jennifer Brice

Jennifer joined Cuscal as Chief Financial Officer in October 2025, and she oversees Cuscal Group’s financial strategy, performance and governance operations. This includes financial planning, reporting and operations, capital and treasury management, and investor relations.

She is a highly experienced finance professional with over 35 years’ experience in finance and business across complex businesses in Australia and overseas, where she led large, multi-disciplinary teams focused on capital and financial management, investor relations, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and reporting.

Prior to joining Cuscal, Jennifer was the Chief Financial Officer at Australian Payments Plus Limited. She also held several senior finance and business roles at Origin Energy, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Woolworths Limited.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management; and a Master of Applied Finance and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
