Meet Sarah Ollerenshaw

Sarah was appointed Chief People Officer in September 2026. She leads the people function, with responsibility for talent and capability, culture and engagement, remuneration, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning across the Cuscal Group.

Sarah is a global human resource executive with over 20 years’ experience and strong track record in transformation, change and growth. Before joining Cuscal, Sarah was Group Head of Talent and Leadership at Westpac Banking Corporation, where she successfully led the uplift in people leadership capabilities, talent pipelines, succession planning and executive appointments. She has also held senior people and culture roles at Globeleq, Royal Dutch Shell and Standard Chartered Bank, in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce, from the University of Western Australia and recently completed the Strategic Innovation Programme at Oxford University with a High Distinction. Sarah is a member of The Conference Board’s Asia Talent Council and a certified Leadership Circle 360 coach and accredited Hogan Assessor.
