How does the Graduate Program work?
The Cuscal Graduate Program is a two‑year development program designed to give graduates meaningful, hands‑on experience and broad exposure across our business.
Over the course of the program, graduates complete four six‑month rotations across our Enterprise Technology Services and Product divisions, allowing them to build technical capability, commercial acumen, and a strong understanding of how Cuscal delivers value to its clients.
Graduate rotations are thoughtfully matched to both business needs and each graduate’s skills, interests, and development goals, ensuring a well‑rounded and purposeful experience.
Successful graduates are offered a maximum‑term two‑year contract for the duration of the program. While a permanent role at the conclusion of the program cannot be guaranteed, our aim is to support graduates to build strong foundations, develop in‑demand skills, and position themselves for future opportunities whether at Cuscal or another organisation.
Throughout the program, graduates are supported to learn, grow, and contribute to work that matters within Australia’s payments and financial services ecosystem.
