What is the recruitment process at Cuscal?

Our recruitment process is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on finding the right fit for both you and Cuscal. While the process may vary slightly depending on the role, it generally includes the following steps:

  1. Application review – Our Talent Team reviews applications against the role requirements and success criteria.
  2. Initial conversation – If shortlisted, you may be contacted for an initial phone or virtual conversation to learn more about your experience and career interests.
  3. Interviews – This may include one or more interviews with the hiring manager and relevant stakeholders, focused on skills, experience, and alignment to our values.
  4. Assessment checks – Depending on the role, this may include background checks, reference checks, or other role‑specific assessments.
  5. Offer & onboarding – Successful candidates will receive an offer, followed by a structured onboarding experience to help you settle into your role at Cuscal.
