What type of interview style does Cuscal run for candidates?

Our interviews typically include a mix of role‑related (technical or functional) questions and behavioural questions. This helps us understand both your capability to perform in the role and how you align with Cuscal’s values and ways of working.

The technical or functional questions focus on your experience, skills, and problem‑solving approach as they relate to the role. The behavioural questions are designed to explore how you’ve handled situations in the past, how you collaborate with others, and how you demonstrate behaviours aligned to our values.
