Cuscal Limited (ASX:CCL) (Cuscal) has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Paymark Limited (Paymark), a leading payments services provider in New Zealand (the Acquisition).

Effective from today Paymark’s formal name has changed to Cuscal Paymark, but informally it will continue to be known simply as Paymark.

Paymark plays a critical role in New Zealand’s payments infrastructure and operates with a strong, established position in the market. The Acquisition enhances Cuscal’s scale, providing geographic diversification and expanding our future growth opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Importantly, Cuscal Paymark will continue to operate as a standalone business. There is no change to products or services for clients, and no disruption to service delivery. Paymark’s senior leadership team remains focused on delivering its strategy and roadmap, while both organisations continue to prioritise continuity, service and current commitments.

The Acquisition also strengthens Cuscal’s ability to support clients operating across Australia and New Zealand, in a payments ecosystem that is increasingly connected. By combining greater scale, capability and local expertise across payments, data and related services, Cuscal and Cuscal Paymark are well positioned to support clients now and into the future.

Moving Payments Forward. Together.
